Collective Momentum’s seminar was a life changing experience for me because it helps me put a lot in perspective specially the relationship with my immediate family.

I highly recommended to anybody who is ready and willing to take control of their lives.

Thank you Dr. Lyall for such an amazing seminar.

I came to the seminar understanding the concept of what Dr. Lyall teaches but I had no way of applying this to my everyday life. The tools given to me during this seminar have done exactly that. The positive changes I have made in my life are all due to Collective Momentum.

I will be successful creating the new me I visualized….one inch at a time!!

The seminar I attended and participated in the weekend of November 15, 2013 has been an eye opener in many different ways. From the relaxation and visualization exercises to the brief discussion on the importance of posture when doing an activity, to the sharing among participants, the seminar was amazing! What differentiates this seminar from others I’ve attended is the ‘stacking’ approach used by Dr. Lyall to present the different concepts in a manner that can be easily understood and processed by the audience. The seminar was about ‘me’ not a cookie cutter ‘solution’ with a one size fits all approach. Each person takes away what they want, not what we’re told to take away. I believe this blog will help this community of Collective Momentum participants stay connected and continue to share the transformations and how they are integrating the Collective into their lives. I look forward to much more ahead! Wishing you Peace, Love, and Light!

In the Collective Momentum Seminar I was able to reach a higher level of emotional awareness by spending time in quiet thoughts that helped me to relax, focus, and reflect in life. One of the aspects I practice is forgiveness, which leads me to positive aspects of my health such as hope, gratitude, love, and joy; as well as empathy, kindness, and compassion. Forgiveness brings me a sense of peace that helps me go on with my life. Now, I am experiencing healthier relationships, less anxiety and stress, and greater psychological and spiritual and well-being. Sincerely, Connie F. :)
